Everything was nice, nevertheless we stayed for 3 nights only. The view of harbor was wonderful, as well as central location so close to city, Parnell shops, a good bus route.

Everything was fine, helpful staff, peaceful location short walk to shops, Parnell and parks, beach and pools. We booked premium queen studio with great view and could use wake-up service, available in it.

The breakfast was sumptuous and the staff were ready to help, the bed was comfy. Everything was fabulous during our stay yet disappointing aspect was very compact bathroom. A michelin-starred restaurant was spacious.

The hotel was incredibly friendly and clean. Variety of supplies in the room: WiFi, terrace and coffee. The pool was heated and the garden - spacious. There was amazing traditional restaurant with hot meals:)))

Very peaceful location and very polite staff at least. Airy room, good size bathroom, VERY AVERAGE breakfast. A kind of marvellous service. Walking distance to the shops and a market across the street. Everything was first class and within 25 minutes' drive of Auckland airport.

Beds were extra comfy, room was valuable & decent sized. The hotels' team was absolutely lovely! Ideal location to auckland war memorial museum. All in all a delightful hotel and really comfortable stay.
